RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your WOW Flag. If it isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or you shipped the wrong product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact WOW Flags within 7 days of delivery with photos so you can send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sale or clearance items are final sale.
