Quick Answers Before You Reach Out
How do I choose the right coastal house flag?
Start with the feeling you want your entrance to create. Choose a destination design to celebrate a favorite place, an ocean-inspired flag for a bold statement, or a sun design for year-round warmth. Each WOW Flag begins as original artwork created to bring personality and timeless coastal style to your home.
What should I include when asking about an order?
Include your order number, the name and email address used at checkout, and a brief description of what you need. Photos are especially helpful when you’re contacting us about damage or a product concern.
Can I return a flag if it isn’t right for my home?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Sale and clearance items are final sale. Check the full return policy before sending anything back.
Does WOW Flags work with wholesale customers?
Yes. Retailers and other wholesale buyers can email hello@thewowflags.com with details about their business and the products they’re interested in carrying.
Can I contact WOW Flags before I buy?
Absolutely. Ask about a design, materials, hardware, or anything else that will help you shop with confidence. We want your coastal house flag to feel right at home from the moment it arrives.
